Tanusri Tarafder holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Jadavpur University. She began her professional journey in a production house, where she developed a strong foundation in content creation and storytelling. Her work reflects a deep interest in communication, media, and the power of narratives to influence perspectives. She is passionate about leveraging communication as a tool for impact, connecting ideas, people, and purpose.
Currently, she serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Bandhan-Konnagar. In this role, she works closely with senior leadership to support coordination, communication, and strategic initiatives, contributing to organisational effectiveness and large-scale development efforts.
