Mr. Debasish Ray Choudhuri is a development practitioner having diverse experience in Multinational corporation and tech start-ups as well as with distinguished development organizations of Govt. (Dept of Science & Technology), Fair Trade network and leading social development group. He led projects with State Government, World Bank Group and Other multilateral agencies of US, UK, and EU; international foundations and Indian corporate CSR; engaged with global research and policy network and had close interactions with large community institutions.

Prof. Ashoke Kumar Dutta is a member of Bandhan-Konnagar. He is renowned academic and was the first Dean of Vinod Gupta School of Management in IIT, Kharagpur. He has served as the Director of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM) Kolkata and set up the IIM in Shillong. He served as the first director of International Institute of Management Sciences and has served as Memebr of North Eastern Council, Government of India.
Dr. Smita Premchander is a member of Bandhan-Konnagar. She is a leading academic with interests in Banking and Finance. She is a faculty of Microfinance Management Course in Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) and Founder of Sampark in Bangalore.
Ms. Ashoka Chatterjee is a member of Bandhan-Konnagar. She is a former banker and worked in Indian Overseas Bank. As General Manager she has been in-charge of Corporate Credit, Planning, Risk Management, Banking Operations Department, Customer care, Public Relations and head of Retail Banking. She has also held the position of Regional Head at Hyderabad, Mumbai and Kolkata.
Mr. Gobinda Banerjee is a member of Bandhan-Konnagar. He is a retired banker having worked with Punjab National Bank in various Strategic Management capacities for a prolonged period. He retired from services of the Punjab National Bank as Corporate General Manager.
