Sanjib Kumar Das, Chief Executive Officer, is an education evangelist and start-up specialist with 21+ years of experience in business turnaround and institution building. He has extensive expertise in developing higher, professional, and outcome-based education, creating sustainable models, and managing learning delivery with strong industry linkages.
He has pioneered work-integrated degree and diploma programs in retail and higher education (UG/PG) through corporate and government partnerships, blending internships and apprenticeships. He has worked with leading organizations such as NIIT Limited, Pearson, Educomp, and NSHM Group, and founded NSHM Udaan Skills in partnership with NSDC.
He now leads transformative education and social development initiatives at the Bandhan Group, focusing on CSR, livelihoods, future skills, College & school education, and inclusive growth.
