Ms. Ambalika Das, President
	Ms. Das is the Marketing Manager in their family confectionery business under the Brand name of "K.C.Das", the legendary sweet meat "Rasogolla" maker. She is also a part time faculty member of Nopany Institute of Management, Kolkata. She has a bachelor degree in Geography and MBA in Marketing. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D in Competitive Advantage for NGOs through Strategic Orientation in the globalization era.
Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, Secretary
	Mr. Ghosh has more than 25 years of experience in the field of micro finance and development. He has served in different NGOs since 1985 with the responsibility of planning and coordinating the entire program, assessment of staff, monitoring and supervision of credit operations.
Mr. Dilip Kumar Maity, Treasurer
	Mr. Maity is a retired banker with more than 30 years of experience of working with United Bank of India in various capacities. He has a bachelor (honours) degree in Agriculture and is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
Ms. Nilima Ghosh, Member
	Ms. Ghosh has been involved in social work for almost 10 years. She holds a masters degree in public administration.
Mr. Ronendra Choudhury, Member
	Mr. Choudhury has 26 years of extensive project management and field experience in the social sector and most of this experience has been in the microfinance space. He has a Masters degree in Sociology and a Diploma in General Management from Denmark.
Ms. Shipra Sarkar, Member
	Ms. Sarkar has been involved in social work for almost 10 years. She holds a bachelors degree.
